At Plantswalay, we aim to ensure your plants and products reach you in perfect condition. However, if something goes wrong, we're here to help!
Replacement Policy
- Eligibility Period:
Replacement claims must be made within 02 Business days from the date of delivery. - Wrong or Damaged Products:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately with clear photos of the product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. - Plants:
We offer replacements for plants that arrive severely damaged, such as: - Planters/Pots:
Planters or pots are eligible for replacement only if they arrive with visible cracks or breakage. - Missing or Undelivered Parts:
If any part of your order is missing or undelivered, you are eligible for a free reshipment.
Return Policy
We have a 03-day return policy, meaning you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with supporting images so we can promptly resolve the matter.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 07 business days.
- Please note that it might take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
