Replacement Policy

• Eligibility Period:
  Replacement claims must be made within 02 Business days from the date of delivery.
• Wrong or Damaged Products:
  If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately with clear photos of the product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
• Plants:
  We offer replacements for plants that arrive severely damaged, such as:
• Planters/Pots:
  Planters or pots are eligible for replacement only if they arrive with visible cracks or breakage.
• Missing or Undelivered Parts:
  If any part of your order is missing or undelivered, you are eligible for a free reshipment.

Return Policy

We have a 03-day return policy, meaning you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• It must be returned in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
